Una de las principales líneas de trabajo desarrolladas en el Laboratorio de Análisis Químico Aplicado de la Universidad de Alicante es el desarrollo de instrumentación analítica para adaptar las técnicas convencionales a nuevos requerimientos debido a la disminución de los límites de concentración establecidos por las distintas normativas o a la necesidad de análisis de nuevas muestras.
La principal instrumentación analítica desarrollada en nuestros laboratorios es:
- Sistemas de introducción de muestras para Espectroscopia de Emisión Atómica en Plasma Acoplado por Inducción (ICP-OES).
- Sistemas de introducción de muestras Espectrometría de Masas con Plasma Acoplado Inductivamente (ICP-MS).
- Sistemas automáticos de tratamiento (digestión y extracción) y determinación de metales.
- “Tanque agitado”: sistema para la preparación de adiciones estándar in situ.
- Sistemas de determinación conjunta de metales y compuestos orgánicos en alimentos.
- Sistema para la determinación simultánea de cationes y aniones en muestras acuosas mediante ICP.
- Cromatografía de Líquidos a Elevada Temperatura (HTLC).
- Cromatografía de Líquidos Asistida por Microondas (MW-HPLC).
